Sourdough Yogurt Toast

Ingredients:

  • 2-3 slices sourdough bread
  • 1 egg
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup of A2 of grass fed yogurt
  • 2-3 teaspoons of maple syrup or honey
  • Toppings of choice (fresh berries, chocolate chips, cinnamon etc.)

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degree F.
  2. In a small bowl add yogurt, egg, vanilla extract, & maple syrup or honey. Whisk together.
  3. Using the back of a spoon, press down into the center of the bread making an indent to create a well.
  4. Spoon in the yogurt mixture into the indented well and add toppings of your choice.
  5. Place on a baking sheet and bake for 12-15 minutes or until the yogurt is set. Drizzle with maple syrup or honey (optional).
