Ingredients:
- 1 1/2 cup organic tart cherry juice
- 1/2 fresh squeezed lime juice (strained)
- 4 tablespoons raw organic unfiltered honey
- 6 tablespoons grass-fed bovine gelatin
Directions:
- In a saucepan, heat the juices over medium heat until hot but not boiling.
- Put heat on the lowest setting and whisk in the honey until fully dissolved.
- Next, whisk in 1 tbsp at a time of the gelatin, adding another only after the others dissolve. Continue to stir until the gelatin is fully dissolved, about 10 mins.
- Once you have no lumps, just liquid, remove from heat and carefully transfer the liquid into your gummy molds or a lightly greased baking dish or glass storage container.
- Refrigerate until firm (1-2 hours). If you used a baking dish or glass container, you can cut into squares.
- Store in refrigerator.
