Ingredients:
- 2-3 slices sourdough bread
- 1 egg
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup of A2 of grass fed yogurt
- 2-3 teaspoons of maple syrup or honey
- Toppings of choice (fresh berries, chocolate chips, cinnamon etc.)
Directions:
- Preheat oven to 350 degree F.
- In a small bowl add yogurt, egg, vanilla extract, & maple syrup or honey. Whisk together.
- Using the back of a spoon, press down into the center of the bread making an indent to create a well.
- Spoon in the yogurt mixture into the indented well and add toppings of your choice.
- Place on a baking sheet and bake for 12-15 minutes or until the yogurt is set. Drizzle with maple syrup or honey (optional).
