Tart Cherry Lime Gummies

Ingredients:

  • 1 1/2 cup organic tart cherry juice
  • 1/2 fresh squeezed lime juice (strained)
  • 4 tablespoons raw organic unfiltered honey
  • 6 tablespoons grass-fed bovine gelatin

Directions:

  1. In a saucepan, heat the juices over medium heat until hot but not boiling.
  2. Put heat on the lowest setting and whisk in the honey until fully dissolved.
  3. Next, whisk in 1 tbsp at a time of the gelatin, adding another only after the others dissolve. Continue to stir until the gelatin is fully dissolved, about 10 mins.
  4. Once you have no lumps, just liquid, remove from heat and carefully transfer the liquid into your gummy molds or a lightly greased baking dish or glass storage container.
  5. Refrigerate until firm (1-2 hours). If you used a baking dish or glass container, you can cut into squares.
  6. Store in refrigerator.
